Exhibition - Workers in the State Owned Company. 2.20 min. 1-channel video, 8-channel audio, 2008, (4 separate installations)
Interviews with former workers and archive film describe the conditions and the brick-making process on screens placed at key points within the factory. The workers were interviewed in front of the machines or the area they worked in. Multiple audio channels and lighting are synchronised with the film. As the former workers explain the workings of the factory, sounds and light are activated in the specific areas they are referring to.
