The Bloody Affair at Luetzen
Exhibition – Luetzen Castle
The presentation of Wallenstein, whose life and death were marked by violence, is juxtaposed to that of battlefield archaeology. While the exhibition’s main colours red and white symbolise power, strength, ambition and blood, the exhibition area on battlefield archaeology expresses the scientific approach in the studies and excavations through sober shades of grey. Visitors experience the interplay of the exhibition site and the content presentation as a walk-through narration.
