April 2014: Noel McCauley took part in the 'Chaos at the Museum' event organized by the University of Arts, London and UC Davis, California, with a workshop called 'Staging Emotional Environments', which revealed key concepts on dramaturgy, emotion and levels of narrative. Tom Duncan ran a workshop called 'Difficult Histories: Visitors, Ethics and Interpretative Design' together with Jocelyn Dodd and Suzanne MacLeod (School of Museum Studies, Leicester).
